Cooking

It has been a journey for this little mother's  helper.  We are discovering we need to watch what foods we eat and how much we are eating of others.  Eventually we will be going through testing, but for now, it is the battle of her finding food she will eat.

Over Christmas Break she made us breakfast one morning.  See the coffee pot already going in the background?  That is the most important thing and then she started the eggs.  It meant a lot that she would make us breakfast.  You see, Shelby does not like the feel of eggs, or the texture of them when you eat them.  So this was out of her comfort zone.
I love the hair bun (we call it our home school hair-do).  I also love the apron, something she learned from my mom.  Shelby loves aprons and has a few of them.  She likes the way she looks in them!!  Go Shelby!
